I've always loved climbing trees. Up in the top branches, I can feel the effects of the wind - something so invisible - so strongly on the bending, shaking tree - something so strong and tall. And I remember the sheer strength of God and yet how he chooses to show his love through us; a job that is by no means easy, and yet through it we are covered in blessing and abundance.
Branches also remind me that though I am limited and fail often, it is through the strength of God that I carry out his work. In the Bible, we are called branches, when Jesus tells us that he is the vine. Through his power and care, we are enabled to grow and bear fruit. Now I love to think. And a lot of the posts on this blog simply share my thoughts! But in my quest to follow God, my actions become the blossoming fruit I bear, only through his power, living life to the full in the branches! I hope this website will be a place of information and inspiration for those trying to live out their faith in action. |

My name is Rebekah. I'm a recent Cambridge Theology graduate blogging about all sorts of things! I'm interested in faith, Church, theology, social action, the great outdoors and being creative - and the contents of my blog vary widely to show all of these interests, and many more!!!
To share my thoughts, prayers and actions! And to perhaps create some sort of community, together to do the same! :-D
